The focus of the first fifteen years of my career was spent working in education with a passion for both literacy and social-emotional learning. In 2014, after obtaining my master's degree in Counseling Psychology, I began to work in counseling.     I have both a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Science in Reading Education.   

 

When I am not working, I enjoy yoga, meditation, reading, nature, and spending time with my loved ones.
